Founded in 2000 Plenus provides customized debt instruments to growing companies in the Technology, Industrial and Service sectors.
With over $320mm under management, we boast a diversified portfolio of Israel’s most promising high tech companies alongside investments in other promising businesses. As a private entity, we also enjoy the privilege of flexibly structuring our credit facilities. Compared to restrictive regulated lending bodies, this characteristic enables us to provide our portfolio companies with greater flexibility towards their constantly changing financial needs.
Our experienced investment team is comprised of professionals from the banking, high tech and capital markets that focus on designing customized credit solutions that enhance growth and limit equity dilution. A strong track record and commitment to partnership has drawn companies to return for 2nd and 3rd time deals.
