Investment Strategy
Since the establishment of Plenus Mezzanine we have successfully secured numerous facilities for a diversified portfolio of companies ranging from Security systems providers though Metal manufacturers to Aviation & Communication companies.
Despite the large number of deals we have concluded, we take an individual view on each deal, understanding that no two companies are the same, and tailor the facilities so that the Plenus facility taken on by the company is part of its overall financial strategy. We are committed to our companies and as long term partners offer professional guidance and support until their exit.
We invest in mid market companies (private & public) in the areas of industrial ,trade, services with a business model that attests to the ability to repay its debt and that demonstrates exit potential.
We look for the following in the target companies:
• An experienced and qualified shareholders and management team
• Annual revenues of at least $15mm
• Ability to repay debt
• Ability to provide collateral
• Well structured business model and deep understanding of relevant market
• Potential for expansion, among other via export
• IPO or M&A Potential
• Private Equity funds and/or Holding companies looking to leverage equity investments
