Investment Strategy
Since inception we have successfully secured credit lines for a diversified portfolio of companies ranging from enterprise software, Internet and Media through semiconductors, communications to medical devices.
Despite the large number of deals we have concluded, we take an individual view on each deal, understanding that no two companies are the same, and tailor the facilities together with the company, so that the Plenus facility it takes is part of its overall financial strategy. We are committed to our companies and pride ourselves on standing by them in good times and bad, offering counsel, support and when needed, restructuring of their loans.
We invest in mid to late stage technology companies (private & public) that have a completed product in their target market and are generating initial (or later) revenues. We take great measures, together with the company's management, to ensure that the loan is structured in a manner that is compatible with the company's plans and cash flow. Our portfolio companies benefit from our extensive credit experience and investment analysis capabilities and know that when taking a Plenus loan, they take on a long term partner, committed to their success.
